As the three-year-long war rages on in Syria, a group of parliamentarians from Armenia traveled to the city of Latakia to meet with the displaced Armenians of the historic town of Kesab after a Syrian rebel offensive forced their mass evacuation. Tevan Poghosyan, a Member of Parliament was part of that group. He spoke to CivilNet about his impressions and the recommendations they have presented to the Armenian government for humanitarian relief.
