Andrei Kortunov, former academic director of the Russian International Affairs Council; Anatol Lieven, director of the Eurasia Program at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft; and Rakesh Sood, a former Indian ambassador and distinguished fellow at the Council for Strategic and Defense Research, examine the challenges shaping Central Asia’s future.
