Mobilizing Diasporans to Donate to the Soldiers' Insurance Fund

Angelika Ishkhanyan explains the work of the Soldiers' Insurance Fund, and how they assist injured soldiers and the families of the fallen. The foundation now wants to mobilize the diasporan Armenians of the world in order to aid the injured and fallen of the 2020 Karabakh War.
