Patrick Fiori to Perform at ‘Days of France’ Festival in Karabakh

French-Armenian singer Patrick Fiori to perform in Karabakh.

A number of events will take place in Karabakh within the framework of the ‘Days of France’ festival. The festival will highlight French culture and its objective is to strengthen and deepen ties, dialogue and cooperation between the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh and France.

According to Artsakhpress, about 200 guests from France are expected to participate in the festival. They include representatives of the France-Karabakh Friendship Circle, municipalities from several French cities that are twinned with towns in Artsakh, artists, journalists and French-Armenians.

The gala opening will include the opening of a sculpture by Toros entitled “Eternity” in the French Square of the capital Stepanakert.

Several events to mark the festival will include laying the foundation of the francophone center House of Paul Eluard, presentation of the cuisines of Artsakh and France, the grand opening of the Yeznik Mozyan vocational school in Shushi, presentation of animated films by the French studio Folimage at the State Museum of Fine Arts of Shushi, and a postcard contest symbolizing Karabakh-French friendship.

The Days of France festival will conclude with a gala concert in Stepanakert’s Revival Square on September 19 where French-Armenian singer Patrick Fiori will perform.
