For many women in Armenia, work and family are still difficult to reconcile. In many cases, they carry the primary burden of family and childcare responsibilities, and in the absence of flexible working conditions, they are faced with a choice: remain in the labor market or focus on the family. Against this backdrop, it is more important than ever to talk about family-friendly workplaces.
