The gas supply to Nagorno-Karabakh has once again been cut off by Azerbaijan spelling worries of a deteriorating humanitarian crisis as temperatures in Stepanakert hit below zero. Meanwhile, the European Court of Human Rights has rejected Azerbaijan's claims in full. The European Court also rejected Azerbaijan's request to apply an interim measure against Armenia.
