The Science and Art of Craft Beer

For forty years, Charlie Papazian has dedicated his life to making craft beer. He is the founder of the Home Brewers Association in the US.

The beer guru was present at INNOVATE ARMENIA, the festival of ideas and innovation that took place at the University of Southern California on May 18.

For Papazian, beer is both a science and art -- all about flavors and innovation.

Innovate Armenia is organized by the USC Institute of Armenian Studies. The program featured fifty participants, from six countries, and nearly 4,000 attendees. This is the fourth time in five years that this unique event has been staged by the Institute.
