Pashinyan addresses Azerbaijan’s calls for constitutional change
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan says Armenia’s constitutional reform is a domestic process, as Azerbaijan continues to demand changes before a peace agreement can be signed. A draft will be revealed to the public by the end of this year.
