WineList | AreWine: Natural wines from Areni

In this episode of #WineList, we visit Areni to meet AreWine founder Khnarik Petrosyan and her husband, French winemaker Guilhem Asherman. Guilhem moved to Armenia to make natural wines with Khnarik. Together, they are committed to preserving Armenian winemaking traditions and supporting the growth of natural wine culture.We talk about caring for vineyards in harmony with nature, avoiding chemical products, traditional winemaking methods, and the diversity of natural wines. How can we rediscover the knowledge of previous generations, preserve indigenous grape varieties, and write a new chapter in the story of Armenian winemaking?
