Daily Armenia: State of Emergency Begins, Banks Consider Postponing Loan Payments

March 17, 2020 The number of COVID-19 cases in Armenia has risen. The regulations of the state of emergency, effective from March 16 to April 14, have been announced. The Nagorno-Karabakh elections will go ahead as planned on March 31. The Armenian Apostolic Church announced it will suspend mass rituals. And 67 evacuees from Italy have arrived in Armenia.
