Biolabs, Amulsar, Armenia-Iran Relations: A Conversation with US Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy

US Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy talks to CivilNet's Arshaluys Mgdesyan about the bilateral agenda of Armenian-American relations. Ambassador Tracy notes that within the framework of Armenia-US relations, in 2019 US support to Armenia increased by 40 percent compared to last year, to "serve Armenia's democratic and economic development." With regards to Armenia-Iran cooperation, she emphasizes that Washington sees no problem in legal trade between Tehran and Yerevan. Ambassador Tracy also touched on the issues surrounding the controversial Amulsar Gold Mine, and the recently adopted resolution by the US House of Representatives on the Armenian Genocide.
