CivilnetAmbassador Piotr Switalski, Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia spoke to CivilNet’s Maria Titizian about a new framework for cooperation between Armenia and the EU. With this new agreement, the EU will further develop and strengthen comprehensive cooperation with Armenia without contradicting Armenia’s membership and obligations to the Eurasian Economic Union.
