"I would have preferred that Armenia initial the Association Agreement while continuing to benefit from the existing Free Trade Agreement with Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, maintain its observer status in the Eurasia Union and all that without jeopardizing its strategic partnership relations with Russia" - announced Vartan Oskanian at Vilnius University on November 27, 2013. He is attending the "Parliaments for Democracy'' Forum prior to and during the EU Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius.
