Democracy in Action in Karabakh, International Election Observers Say

Parliamentary elections in the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh took place on March 3. Over a hundred international observers from Europe and the Americas monitored the elections. Karin Mac Donald, Gail Pellerin and Kristen Abajian were part of a U.S. consortium of observers. They spoke to CivilNet’s Maria Titizian about their impressions of Election Day in Karabakh.
