From the fields of Komitas, a festival returns to Vardablur

Nestled in the lush green mountain ranges of the Lori region in northern Armenia is a small village called Vardablur, where over a century ago, Armenian priest and musicologist Komitas transcribed the famous Lori Plough Song. Today, a new generation is bringing that music back home.
