Electoral Commission strips Narek Karapetyan’s parliamentary immunity

Narek Karapetyan, Strong Armenia leader and nephew of opposition billionaire, has lost his parliamentary immunity as officials pursue a criminal case against him.

A case has been filed with the European Court of Human Rights over Ruben Vardanyan’s conviction in Azerbaijan.
