  • A second Azerbaijani serviceman was found and detained today near the city of Kapan in Armenia’s southernmost Syunik region, according to Aram Torosyan, a spokesman for the Armenian Defense Ministry.
  • The European Union, France, Russia, and the United States all issued calls for restraint following Tuesday’s deadly clashes near the Armenian border village of Tegh, also in Syunik, which left at least four Armenian and three Azerbaijani soldiers dead.
