Azerbaijan Targets CivilIan Infrastructures in Stepanakert, Karabakh

An Azerbaijani missile strike on Karabakh’s capital of Stepanakert has injured 10 civilians in a rescue services building. The strike, which occurred at roughly 2:30pm on October 2, damaged the building as well as cars near the area.  h *** French President Emmanuel Macron has stated that the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs will soon launch a number of initiatives on Nagorno-Karabakh, according to Reuters. The OSCE Minsk Group - co-chaired by France, Russia, and the US - is tasked with spearheading a peaceful solution to the Karabakh conflict.
