A new think tank to expand the Armenian diaspora’s independent thinking on national issues

The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation has launched a new think tank - “Diaspora Perspectives - the Gulbenkian Initiative on Armenian Issues.” Based in the diaspora, it will seek to contextualise the Armenian experience in a wider international setting. CivilNet sat down with Dr Vicken Cheterian, who will head this initiative, at the Gulbenkian Foundation Office in Central London to see how this think tank will add to the existing environment and explore its focus.
