The stumbling blocks behind concessions: Hamazasp Danielyan

Armenia’s new electoral code, to be tested for the first time during the Parliamentary Elections this April, has introduced much innovation; new to not only Armenia but to the international practice as well. Hamazasp Danielyan, who specializes in electoral processes, explains how the opposition endorsed concessions around the new electoral code might not work in the opposition’s favor with a road map to the stumbling blocks hidden behind these concessions.
