Tackling the new demand for jobs in Armenia

Luiza Avetisyan is the co-founder of Staff.am, an online portal which assists job seekers find work in Armenia. In a conversation with CivilNet, Luiza discusses the influx of young Russian professionals into Armenia and how the Staff.am team is helping them find employment. Luiza also explains which sectors of the economy are growing exponentially, how more jobs can be created outside of Yerevan, and what long term effects this influx will have for Armenia’s economy.
