US, Russia reaffirm commitment to Armenia-Azerbaijan peace talks

  • A military court in Azerbaijan sentenced Vagif Khachatryan, an Armenian man from Nagorno-Karabakh, to 15 years in prison on charges of genocide and forcible population transfer. Khachatryan has repeatedly denied the charges.
  • Armenia has purchased $41.5 million worth of anti-drone systems from India, according to that country’s Eurasian Times newspaper. CivilNet has not been able to independently verify the news.
