Inside Nrnadzor, Armenia’s border village struggling to survive

In the remote southern reaches of the Syunik Region, the village of Nrnadzor is known for its harsh living conditions. This village is home to 141 residents, including 13 who have been displaced from Artsakh. It faces many challenges including rocky roads, and a lack of water, gas, and cable internet infrastructure. Its primary source of income comes from pomegranate orchards, however, due to insufficient irrigation, their harvests are decreasing.
