Karabakh: the Red Cross Works With Civilian Victims of the Conflict

CivilNet met with Eteri Musayelyan, responsible for communication for the International Committee of the Red Cross Stepanakert office. She spoke about their work in the field. 

Since September 27, Karabakh has been under Azerbaijani attacks. Azerbaijan has targeted civilians. More than 150 casualties, civilians and military, have been recorded on the Armenian side.

The ICRC Stepanakert was established in Karabakh in 1992.
