CivilnetՍոցիոլոգ Հովհաննես Քըլըչդաղը կարծում է, որ Թուրքիայում ընդհանուր ժողովրդավարացման մթնոլորտի հաստատումը, ազատությունների ավելացումը և մի շարք այլ փոփոխություններ նպաստում են ինչպես մյուս ճնշված փոքրամասնությունների, այնպես էլ հայերի դրության բարելավմանը: Ինչքան բարձրանում է ժողովրդավարության մակարդակը, այնքան, բոլորի պես, դրանից օգտվում են նաև հայերը: Մյուս կողմից՝ պետք է սպասել օրենքների կիրառմանը, տեսնել դրանք, հետո միայն դատողություններ անել:

Armenians benefit from the rise of democracy levels just like everyone else. On the other hand, we have to wait for the application of the laws, see them and then make judgments.
